A unique solution made of paper! Losses of heat through heat conduction, heat radiation, and convection are considerably reduced by using this unique form of the patented, wavy cushion.
Step 1: For shipping, a 2- or 3-wavy cardboard box is used
Step 2: Depending on, which cooling function is in need, one or several lays of the thermal packaging solution are insert in the cardboard box.

Step 4: Ice packs or pads are placed on the products. The wavy paper solution is now covered over the pads.
Step 5: Close the cardboard box. Done!
Through the number of paper stripes and the amount of phase changing material, solutions of lower, average and high power for refrigerated and frozen products can be created.
